In the 30+ years since its inception, Hair Cuttery has been providing top quality haircuts, color, and other styling services to men, women, and children throughout the United States. Now a division of Ratner Companies, Hair Cuttery has 800 retail locations and is the largest privately-held full-service salon chain in the United States.
Implement a simple social marketing strategy to drive traffic to both the Hair Cuttery website and salon locations nationwide.
Our parent company, VMT, and the SocialToaster team worked with Hair Cuttery’s marketing team to design and develop a new web site that incorporated SocialToaster and integrated with Hair Cuttery’s current content management system. Once the SocialToaster installation was complete, the company deployed the Hair Cuttery Ambassador program to salon managers across the US, resulting in over 1000 managers signing up for the program.
As a result of the success of the SocialToaster pilot Hair Cuttery is now deploying the Ambassador program to the salon’s 14,500 stylists across the country to engage even more employees in the marketing process while further increasing the company’s marketing reach.
