Think of it as a toaster for your brand’s content;  you put your content in and SocialToaster pops it out (we call this toasting!) to all of your Superfans. Once you launch your program, your biggest fans use our easy signup process that connects their social network accounts to your campaign. A few times a week, your brand’s content is sent through SocialToaster, via email to your Superfans. Then, Superfans use their superpowers (with the help of our patented one-click sharing process) to broadcast your brand’s content to their friends and followers. You’ll need to have social media accounts to get started; after all, this is SocialToaster. Our platform easily integrates into your website and on a Facebook tab, to create a fully branded experience for your fans.

Yes! On the SocialToaster dashboard you’ll be able to see contest, campaign, user and other social analytics. SocialToaster also provides advanced, real-time reporting with full end-to-end tracking from a link’s initial promotion to lead-capture and revenue generation, making it easy to determine the success of your campaign.

We recommend that you promote content one to three times per week. And remember: posting with SocialToaster is simple and an easy way to amplify your brand’s message!

Any and all of your fans that have social media accounts can become Superfans! Superfans can be employees, customers, fans, members, or anyone connected to your organization. You decide who will best serve your organization in the Superfan role and target them when recruiting for your program. Signup is quick and easy so your Superfans can begin sharing your content in no time.

Visitors to your web properties can sign up through either an app (on your Facebook page) or a widget (on your website). When users engage the app, or the widget, they are guided through a quick signup process. Fans can also sign up through a direct recruitment link that is sent to them by you or another Superfan.

Share your brand’s latest news and updates that your Superfans can then share with their friends. The more relevant and interesting your content is, the more it will drive website traffic, app downloads, or whatever action it is that you want your Superfans to take. Clients commonly use SocialToaster to promote blogs, press releases, videos, and news updates via their Superfans.

A viral recruiting link is a unique URL given to each Superfan that is used to personally invite their friends and followers to join your program.

Superfans will use our quick signup process that we explained above. Once they've done that, they will be able to use their superpowers to broadcast your content across the web. Every time you send, or "toast" a post, your content is emailed to Superfans and they use our patented one-click sharing process to post it to all of their networks.

SocialToaster respects your privacy, recognizes your need for appropriate protection and management of your personal identifiable information that you share with us, and is committed to protecting it. Superfans will not have content posted to their social networks without notification. Even if they choose to auto-post content, post before it is shared. Superfan information is not shared between our clients unless those clients have an existing agreement to share information.

No! Unlike other solutions on the market, Superfans cannot edit or comment on the message being shared on their social networks. This prevents dilution of your desired message and maintains brand consistency.

No. SocialToaster will not have access to your Superfans’ social networking accounts or any personal information such as account logins, passwords, photos, friend requests, etc. Other than sharing information and tracking its distribution, SocialToaster will not be monitoring your Superfans' social networking activity.

Yes. During the signup process, they will choose which social networks SocialToaster will connect to. Currently, SocialToaster can connect to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Foursquare, and Tumblr.

Yes and no. We do offer a Superfan recruitment service but it’s not mandatory—you can recruit on your own! To start, we recommend recruiting internally. Ask company staff, partners, and employees to sign up. Promoting the signup campaign through mailing lists and social media are also good starting points. Call-to-action videos and ads can also be effective. As long as you include a link to your Superfan signup page in whatever communications you publish, the possibilities are endless!
