CEO

A widely respected business mind in the mid-Atlantic technology community, Brian Razzaque is a seasoned entrepreneur that has been the mastermind behind two successful ventures. In 1998, he founded Vision Multimedia Technologies (VMT). For over 14 years VMT has been recognized as one of the largest web application development firms in the Baltimore, MD area. In 2009 Brian capitalized on an opportunity to leverage his experiences with VMT and invented the social media marketing software SocialToaster: a fan advocacy and messaging amplification platform. He developed SocialToaster as a user-friendly, cost-effective solution to help companies market themselves through social media. Brian is dedicated to helping businesses and organizations grow through the effective use of technology. He is happily married and enjoys spending time with his two daughters Sophie and Emma.

Anne Sigman

COO

Anne Sigman's professional experience as a business process and technology consultant spans 25 years and includes such major corporate clients as World Duty Free Americas, Alcoa Aluminum and BT/Corporate Express. She has also served as a consultant to state and local government agencies for enterprise wide e-commerce projects as well as to not-for-profit organizations looking for web based applications to improve workflow and reduce expenses. Anne has also managed, designed, developed and implemented software solutions for retail point of sale, wholesale and retail distribution and financial accounting systems. She founded and managed a software development firm that was subsequently bought and became a division of CBQI, a publicly traded firm. Anne has been involved with SocialToaster from the inception and she has been instrumental in formulating and executing the business plan that has lead to the company's success. She is focused on developing the SocialToaster organization and the processes that will support the growth of the business.

Sarah McNew

CPO

Sarah McNew serves as SocialToaster's Chief Production Officer overseeing product development and client implementations. She has been a part of the SocialToaster team from its inception and has had 8 years of experience in project management and product development. Sarah was involved with the implementation of countless custom software applications including COLAcentral® a client portal laboratory accreditation during her tenure at VMT.

Sarah is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a degree in English, and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit Michigan. She was admitted to the Michigan bar in 2006.

Tom Heseltine

CFO

Tom currently serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer and Director of Business Development. In addition to his role with SocialToaster Tom is also an active angel investor advising a number of emerging growth companies with scaling their businesses. Prior to joining SocialToaster Tom was the partner in charge of Clifton Gunderson’s Baltimore and Philadelphia offices and was responsible for the firm’s business development efforts on the east coast. Tom has been recognized by SmartCEO as one of the regions Smart CPA’s, by the Baltimore Business Journal as the receipient of their 40 under 40 award and was recognized as partner of the year by Clifton Gunderson.

Matt Cook

Matt Cook serves as SocialToaster's Chief Information Officer overseeing infrastructure and development. He is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University with a bachelors degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics & Statics and he also holds a Masters of Scientific Engineering in Applied Mathematics & Statistics. Matt has worked with the SocialToaster team from its inception and has had over 8 years of development, infrastructure and management experience. He has a breadth of knowledge in a wide area of technologies and programming techniques and always enjoys learning more. In his free time, Matt enjoys watching and playing sports and spending time with his family.

Thomas Neuberger

Creative Director

Thomas brings more than 15 years of creative experience to the SocialToaster team. He has steered the creative strategic direction and design of multi-faceted national and international campaigns ranging from branding, social media, print, identity design, digital, interactive, user interface, web design, advertising creative design and campaigns.

Thomas has led the creative marketing work for such notable brands as: GORE-TEX®, New Balance, United States Tennis Association, Cal Ripken Jr., KMS California, WINDSTOPPER, MaggieMoo's Ice Cream, The Maryland Special Olympics, DEWALT, Chesapeake Utilities, The Athlete's Foot, Passport Discovery, Heavy Seas Ale House, Sony, Nickelodeon, A&E, Lifetime, and Norway.

Thomas is an avid runner and blogs about running gear on his site believeintherun.com. He has run 20 marathons, 6 Ultras (including the DC TNF Challenge 50 miler,) 4 Overnight Relays, one triathlon, and numerous other 5k-20 mile races. Thomas is currently a member of the Dailymile Team, the Baltimore Road Runners Club (BRRC,) Team Wicked Bonkproof, Team Faster Bastards, and a Charm City Run Ambassador.
